All our Enterprise Managed Linux VPS Servers use a virtualization technology called OpenVZ, this allows us to divide up a physical server into several Virtual Machines and then install a full operating system on each Virtual Machine. By offering our customers their own operating environment, we are able to provide the power, flexibility, and level of control normally associated with expensive dedicated servers, but at a significantly lower cost. Each Virtual Dedicated Server is pro actively monitored in-house 24/7/365 at one minute intervals, this means that should your server encounter a problem we will be notified immediately and will be working to resolve any issue fast so that you can get on with running your business without worrying.
By default all our Linux VPS Servers are installed with the CentOS operating system (recommended) however you can select your choice of operating system at the time of order from any one of the following: CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo, Fedora and openSuse (all OS's come in 32bit or 64bit).
Whether you are based in the USA or within the EU we can now give you a choice of Datacenter locations. When ordering you will have the option to select our USA Datacenter located at the Caro Datacenter in Charlotte, North carolina or our German Datacenter located at the Hetzner Datacenter Park in Falkenstein.

All clients with a managed service level are covered by our forty-five minute initial response time guarantee for Level 1 support. If you are not happy with our service within 30 days of activation of your new Managed VPS Server account, please contact us to request cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted to our billing department using our support ticket system. You must include your account user name, password and the reason you are canceling your account in your cancellation ticket. All refunds will be issued by paypal within 30 days of the end of your normal billing cycle. Refunds will only be issued to the same paypal address used to sign up for your account. We offer a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee also known as a Service Level agreement (SLA) which applies to you if you have ordered any hosting/vps plan ("service") and you are in good financial standing with HostMyDomainNow. Our SLA guarantees that in any given month, your website/server (http service) will be unavailable for no more than 0.1% of the time - approximately 43 minutes (excluding any planned maintenance as posted from time to time on our website).
