The Charlotte Datacenter suffered a network attack at around 4:45am EST, this caused the loss of network to clients on our Charlotte servers and VPS customers in the Charlotte datacenter.

Server Epsilon

We are currently experiencing a network issue at the DC, Server Epsilon is up however there is no connectivity, the DC techs are currently working to resolve the issue. Please check back for updates.

PDU Failure Charlotte Datacenter

A power distribution unit (PDU) failed at the Charlotte Datacenter earlier today which resulted in a short downtime, this has now been rectified and all systems are running as normal.
